Fierbe\u021bi la foc mic p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd compozi\u021bia se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>R\u0103ci\u021bi baza pentru crem\u0103 \u00eentr-un bol separat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Prepararea eclerelor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103, combina\u021bi apa cu laptele r\u0103mas \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi la temperatura camerei.<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi untul, zah\u0103rul \u0219i sarea. G\u0103ti\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd untul se dizolv\u0103 complet.<\/li>\n<li>Cerne\u021bi f\u0103ina \u00een amestecul de unt \u0219i lapte \u0219i fr\u0103m\u00e2nta\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bine\u021bi un aluat omogen.<\/li>\n<li>Continua\u021bi s\u0103 g\u0103ti\u021bi aluatul, amestec\u00e2nd constant, timp de 2 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Transfera\u021bi aluatul \u00eentr-un bol \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi-l s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103, apoi ad\u0103uga\u021bi ou\u0103le r\u0103mase unul c\u00e2te unul, amestec\u00e2nd bine dup\u0103 fiecare ad\u0103ugare.<\/li>\n<li>Pune\u021bi aluatul \u00eentr-o pung\u0103 de patiserie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Coacerea eclerelor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pre\u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi cuptorul la 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Pe o tav\u0103 tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt, forma\u021bi eclere mici de aproximativ 5\u00d75 cm folosind punga de patiserie.<\/li>\n<li>Coace\u021bi timp de 35 de minute p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd eclerele devin aurii.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Asamblarea eclerelor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00cen timp ce eclerele se coc, combina\u021bi mascarpone cu baza de crem\u0103 de vanilie \u0219i amesteca\u021bi bine.<\/li>\n<li>T\u0103ia\u021bi eclerele coapte pe lungime \u0219i umple\u021bi-le cu crema preg\u0103tit\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Pres\u0103ra\u021bi zah\u0103r pudr\u0103 deasupra pentru decor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Poft\u0103 bun\u0103!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingrediente pentru eclere: Lapte \u2013 600 ml L\u0103m\u00e2ie \u2013 1 buc.
