{"id":152,"date":"2024-07-05T12:20:41","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T12:20:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=152"},"modified":"2024-07-05T12:20:41","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T12:20:41","slug":"tort-de-ciocolata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=152","title":{"rendered":"Tort de ciocolat\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tort de Ciocolat\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ingrediente pentru Tort:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 c\u0103ni (240g) de f\u0103in\u0103 de gr\u00e2u<\/li>\n<li>1 can\u0103 (200g) de zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>1 can\u0103 (80g) de cacao ne\u00eendulcit\u0103<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 (5g) de praf de copt<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 (5g) de bicarbonat de sodiu<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 linguri\u021b\u0103 (2.5g) de sare<\/li>\n<li>2 ou\u0103 mari<\/li>\n<li>1 can\u0103 (240ml) de lapte<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 can\u0103 (120ml) de ulei vegetal<\/li>\n<li>2 linguri\u021be (10ml) de extract de vanilie<\/li>\n<li>1 can\u0103 (240ml) de ap\u0103 clocotit\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ingrediente pentru Glazur\u0103:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200g de ciocolat\u0103 semi-dulce, tocat\u0103<\/li>\n<li>200ml de sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 pentru fri\u0219c\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instruc\u021biuni:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Preg\u0103tirea Tortului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pre\u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi cuptorul la 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F). Unge\u021bi \u0219i tapeta\u021bi cu f\u0103in\u0103 o tav\u0103 de copt (aproximativ 22&#215;33 cm sau 9&#215;13 inci).<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol mare, cerne\u021bi \u00eempreun\u0103 f\u0103ina, zah\u0103rul, cacaoa, praful de copt, bicarbonatul de sodiu \u0219i sarea.<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi ou\u0103le, laptele, uleiul \u0219i extractul de vanilie peste ingredientele uscate. Amesteca\u021bi bine p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bine\u021bi un aluat omogen.<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi apa clocotit\u0103 \u00een aluat, amestec\u00e2nd u\u0219or p\u00e2n\u0103 se combin\u0103. Turna\u021bi sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na fierbinte peste ciocolat\u0103 \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi s\u0103 stea timp de 5 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Amesteca\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bine\u021bi o crem\u0103 neted\u0103 \u0219i lucioas\u0103. L\u0103sa\u021bi s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 u\u0219or \u00eenainte de a o folosi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Asamblarea Tortului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>C\u00e2nd tortul este complet r\u0103cit, \u00eentinde\u021bi glazura de ciocolat\u0103 deasupra.<\/li>\n<li>Dac\u0103 dori\u021bi, decora\u021bi cu fulgi de ciocolat\u0103, bomboane sau fructe proaspete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Servire:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u0103ia\u021bi \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi \u0219i servi\u021bi.
