A\u0219az\u0103 un suport termorezistent la fund. Acoper\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te la foc mediu \u00een timp ce preg\u0103te\u0219ti aluatul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Preg\u0103tirea Aluatului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Amestec\u0103 Ingredientele Umede:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol, combin\u0103 laptele la temperatura camerei, zah\u0103rul \u0219i uleiul de g\u0103tit \u00eenc\u0103lzit. Amestec\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd zah\u0103rul se dizolv\u0103 complet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amestec\u0103 Ingredientele Uscate:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Cerne f\u0103ina, pudra de cacao, praful de copt \u0219i praful de vanilie. Amestec\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii un aluat omogen, f\u0103r\u0103 cocoloa\u0219e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Preg\u0103tirea Formei:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Unge Forma:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Unge forma de 18x18x7 cm cu ulei sau unt. Tapeteaz\u0103 fundul cu h\u00e2rtie de copt pentru a facilita scoaterea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Coacere f\u0103r\u0103 Cuptor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Toarn\u0103 Aluatul:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 aluatul preg\u0103tit \u00een forma uns\u0103 \u0219i tapetat\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coace Tortul:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u0219az\u0103 forma pe suportul din oala pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit\u0103. Acoper\u0103 oala cu un capac (nu folosi capacul de la vasul de g\u0103tit sub presiune) \u0219i coace la foc mediu-mic timp de aproximativ 40-50 de minute.<\/li>\n<li>Verific\u0103 dac\u0103 tortul este copt introduc\u00e2nd o scobitoare \u00een centru; dac\u0103 iese curat\u0103, tortul este gata.<\/li>\n<li>Dup\u0103 ce este gata, scoate tortul din oal\u0103 \u0219i las\u0103-l s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet pe un gr\u0103tar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Preg\u0103tirea Glazurii de Ciocolat\u0103:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>\u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219te Laptele:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103, \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te 250 ml de lapte la foc mediu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaug\u0103 Agar-Agar:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e2nd laptele este fierbinte, adaug\u0103 1 linguri\u021b\u0103 de pudr\u0103 de Agar-Agar \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine p\u00e2n\u0103 se dizolv\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tope\u0219te Ciocolata:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Adaug\u0103 250 grame de ciocolat\u0103 neagr\u0103 (tocat\u0103) \u00een amestecul de lapte.
