Recomand re\u021beta cu \u00eencredere!<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Ingrediente:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Pentru peri\u0219oare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g carne tocat\u0103 (amestec de pui \u0219i porc)<\/li>\n<li>1 ceap\u0103<\/li>\n<li>3 linguri orez<\/li>\n<li>1 ou<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2teva fire de m\u0103rar \u0219i p\u0103trunjel<\/li>\n<li>Sare, piper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pentru sos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 fermentat\u0103 (20% gr\u0103sime)<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u0103ni sup\u0103 (sup\u0103 rezultat\u0103 din fierberea peri\u0219oarelor)<\/li>\n<li>1 lingur\u0103 cu v\u00e2rf de f\u0103in\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Pu\u021bin unt (aproximativ 30 de grame) sau 2-3 linguri de ulei<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u0103\u021bei mari de usturoi<\/li>\n<li>Sare (vegeta)<\/li>\n<li>Piper<\/li>\n<li>O leg\u0103tur\u0103 de m\u0103rar verde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Mod de preparare:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepararea peri\u0219oarelor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Peste carnea tocat\u0103, ad\u0103uga\u021bi oul, orezul sp\u0103lat, ceapa \u0219i verdea\u021ba tocate m\u0103runt.<\/li>\n<li>Condimenta\u021bi cu sare \u0219i piper, apoi amesteca\u021bi bine ingredientele.<\/li>\n<li>Cu m\u00e2inile umezite \u00een ap\u0103, forma\u021bi peri\u0219oarele (aproximativ c\u00e2t o nuc\u0103 mai mare) \u0219i a\u0219eza\u021bi-le pe un platou.<\/li>\n<li>Pune\u021bi o oal\u0103 pe foc cu aproximativ 2 litri de ap\u0103 \u0219i un v\u00e2rf de cu\u021bit de sare.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd apa d\u0103 \u00een clocot, ad\u0103uga\u021bi peri\u0219oarele \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi-le s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 25-30 de minute, \u00eendep\u0103rt\u00e2nd spuma care se formeaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd sunt fierte, scoate\u021bi-le cu spumiera pe un platou \u0219i p\u0103stra\u021bi zeama \u00een care au fiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepararea sosului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pune\u021bi untul \u00eentr-o tigaie mai mare \u0219i c\u00e2nd se \u00eencinge, ad\u0103uga\u021bi f\u0103ina.<\/li>\n<li>Amesteca\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 se formeaz\u0103 o past\u0103, apoi turna\u021bi treptat zeama \u00een care au fiert peri\u0219oarele, amestec\u00e2nd continuu pentru a evita formarea cocoloa\u0219elor.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd sosul \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, ad\u0103uga\u021bi sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na \u0219i omogeniza\u021bi. Dup\u0103 2-3 clocote, ad\u0103uga\u021bi peri\u0219oarele.<\/li>\n<li>L\u0103sa\u021bi s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 5-10 minute, condimenta\u021bi cu sare \u0219i piper, apoi ad\u0103uga\u021bi usturoiul tocat m\u0103runt.<\/li>\n<li>Mai l\u0103sa\u021bi s\u0103 dea 2-3 clocote, \u00eenchide\u021bi focul \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi m\u0103rarul tocat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Au ie\u0219it o bun\u0103tate!
