Urma\u021bi pa\u0219ii de mai jos \u0219i preg\u0103ti\u021bi acest minunat preparat cu cartofi chiar ast\u0103zi!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingrediente:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cartofi<\/li>\n<li>2 ou\u0103<\/li>\n<li>1 pahar de chefir sau iaurt (200 ml)<\/li>\n<li>2 linguri de ulei de m\u0103sline<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 praf de copt<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 sare<\/li>\n<li>1,5 c\u0103ni de f\u0103in\u0103 (180 gr)<\/li>\n<li>2 prazuri<\/li>\n<li>Piper negru<\/li>\n<li>Paprika sau ardei iute m\u0103cinat<\/li>\n<li>2 linguri de ulei de m\u0103sline sau ulei vegetal<\/li>\n<li>100 gr cheddar<\/li>\n<li>P\u0103trunjel pentru decor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mod de Preparare:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. Preg\u0103tirea Ingredientelor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cur\u0103\u021ba\u021bi \u0219i rade\u021bi cartofii pe r\u0103z\u0103toarea mare.<\/li>\n<li>T\u0103ia\u021bi prazul \u00een rondele sub\u021biri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Amestecarea Ingrediente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol mare, bate\u021bi ou\u0103le \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi chefirul (sau iaurtul), 2 linguri de ulei de m\u0103sline, praful de copt \u0219i sarea. Amesteca\u021bi bine.<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi f\u0103ina treptat, amestec\u00e2nd continuu p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bine\u021bi o compozi\u021bie omogen\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cencorpora\u021bi cartofii ra\u0219i \u0219i prazul t\u0103iat \u00een amestec.<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi piper negru \u0219i paprika (sau ardei iute) dup\u0103 gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. G\u0103tirea:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cenc\u0103lzi\u021bi 2 linguri de ulei \u00eentr-o tigaie mare la foc mediu.<\/li>\n<li>Turna\u021bi amestecul \u00een tigaie \u0219i nivela\u021bi-l uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Acoperi\u021bi tigaia cu un capac \u0219i g\u0103ti\u021bi timp de 10-12 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd partea de jos devine aurie \u0219i crocant\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>R\u0103sturna\u021bi cu grij\u0103 preparatul pe cealalt\u0103 parte \u0219i g\u0103ti\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103 8-10 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ambele p\u0103r\u021bi sunt bine rumenite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Ad\u0103ugarea Br\u00e2nzei:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pres\u0103ra\u021bi cheddarul ras peste preparat \u0219i acoperi\u021bi tigaia pentru a permite br\u00e2nzei s\u0103 se topeasc\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Servirea:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transfera\u021bi preparatul pe un platou \u0219i decora\u021bi cu p\u0103trunjel proasp\u0103t tocat.<\/li>\n<li>T\u0103ia\u021bi felii \u0219i servi\u021bi cald.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Poft\u0103 bun\u0103!<\/h3>\n<p>Acest preparat simplu \u0219i gustos din cartofi va deveni cu siguran\u021b\u0103 unul dintre preferatele tale.
