L\u0103sa\u021bi-l s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se \u00eent\u0103reasc\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepararea compozi\u021biei de flan:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol mare, bate\u021bi ou\u0103le \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cele 200 g de zah\u0103r p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ob\u021bine\u021bi un amestec omogen \u0219i cremos.<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi laptele \u0219i esen\u021ba de vanilie \u0219i continua\u021bi s\u0103 amesteca\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd toate ingredientele sunt bine incorporate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asamblarea \u0219i coacerea:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Turna\u021bi compozi\u021bia de flan peste caramelul \u00eent\u0103rit din forma de copt.<\/li>\n<li>A\u0219eza\u021bi forma de copt \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 mai mare \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi ap\u0103 fierbinte \u00een tav\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la jum\u0103tatea formei de copt (bain-marie).<\/li>\n<li>Pre\u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi cuptorul la 160\u00b0C \u0219i coace\u021bi flanul pentru aproximativ 60 de minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd devine ferm \u0219i trece testul scobitorii (scobitoarea introdus\u0103 \u00een centru trebuie s\u0103 ias\u0103 curat\u0103).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u0103cirea \u0219i servirea:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Scoate\u021bi forma din cuptor \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi flanul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet la temperatura camerei, apoi da\u021bi-l la frigider pentru cel pu\u021bin 2 ore, de preferat peste noapte.<\/li>\n<li>Pentru a servi, trece\u021bi cu un cu\u021bit pe marginea formei pentru a desprinde flanul, apoi r\u0103sturna\u021bi-l pe un platou.
