{"id":369,"date":"2024-07-16T12:02:13","date_gmt":"2024-07-16T12:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=369"},"modified":"2024-07-16T12:02:13","modified_gmt":"2024-07-16T12:02:13","slug":"prajitura-noaptea-venetiana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=369","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u0103jitura Noaptea Vene\u021bian\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingrediente<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pentru blat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>350 gr f\u0103in\u0103<\/li>\n<li>1 plic praf de copt<\/li>\n<li>80 gr cacao<\/li>\n<li>250 gr unt<\/li>\n<li>2 ou\u0103 \u00eentregi<\/li>\n<li>4 albu\u0219uri<\/li>\n<li>250 gr zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>250 ml lapte<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 coaj\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pentru crem\u0103:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri<\/li>\n<li>150 gr zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>550 ml lapte<\/li>\n<li>50 gr amidon<\/li>\n<li>1 fiol\u0103 esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie<\/li>\n<li>100 gr unt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pentru sirop:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml ap\u0103<\/li>\n<li>100 gr zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>2 linguri esen\u021b\u0103 de cafea sau de rom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pentru decor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>350 gr ciocolat\u0103 am\u0103ruie<\/li>\n<li>20 gr unt cu 80% gr\u0103sime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Mod de Preparare<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Prepararea cremei:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219te laptele amestecat cu esen\u021ba de vanilie p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eenfierb\u00e2nt\u0103, apoi ia oala de pe foc.<\/li>\n<li>Separat, freac\u0103 g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile cu zah\u0103rul \u0219i amidonul p\u00e2n\u0103 se spumeaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia de ou \u00een fir sub\u021bire peste laptele fierbinte, amestec\u00e2nd u\u0219or cu un tel.<\/li>\n<li>Pune compozi\u021bia pe foc mic, amestec\u00e2nd continuu p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103 ca o budinc\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Las\u0103 crema s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103, apoi adaug\u0103 untul \u0219i mixeaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii o crem\u0103 fin\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Acoper\u0103 crema cu folie alimentar\u0103 \u0219i d\u0103-o la rece p\u00e2n\u0103 se preg\u0103te\u0219te blatul.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Prepararea blatului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cerne f\u0103ina \u0219i adaug\u0103 cacaoa \u0219i praful de copt.<\/li>\n<li>Albu\u0219urile celor dou\u0103 ou\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cele 4 albu\u0219uri se mixeaz\u0103 cu un praf de sare p\u00e2n\u0103 se ob\u021bine o spum\u0103 tare.<\/li>\n<li>Separat, freac\u0103 untul cu zah\u0103rul p\u00e2n\u0103 se spumeaz\u0103, apoi adaug\u0103 g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile, coaja de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u0219i laptele.<\/li>\n<li>Adaug\u0103 compozi\u021bia de f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cencorporeaz\u0103 bezeaua, amestec\u00e2nd u\u0219or cu o lingur\u0103, cu mi\u0219c\u0103ri de jos \u00een sus.<\/li>\n<li>Unge o tav\u0103 (30&#215;35 cm) cu ulei \u0219i tapeteaz\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt.<\/li>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia \u00een tav\u0103 \u0219i coace timp de 30-35 minute la 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Las\u0103 blatul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet, apoi taie-l \u00een dou\u0103 foi: una mai groas\u0103 \u0219i una mai sub\u021bire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Prepararea siropului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pune apa \u0219i zah\u0103rul la fiert p\u00e2n\u0103 se tope\u0219te zah\u0103rul.<\/li>\n<li>Dup\u0103 primul clocot, ia oala de pe foc, adaug\u0103 esen\u021ba de cafea sau de rom \u0219i las\u0103 la r\u0103cit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Prepararea glazurii:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rupe ciocolata \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi, pune-o \u00eentr-un bol metalic, adaug\u0103 untul \u0219i tope\u0219te la bain-marie.<\/li>\n<li>Amestec\u0103 continuu p\u00e2n\u0103 se tope\u0219te ciocolata, apoi las\u0103 la r\u0103cit p\u00e2n\u0103 ajunge la temperatura camerei.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Asamblarea pr\u0103jiturii:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pune prima foaie de blat \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 \u0219i \u00eensiropeaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centinde un strat de crem\u0103 \u0219i niveleaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>F\u0103r\u00e2mi\u021beaz\u0103 a doua foaie de blat \u0219i presar\u0103 peste crem\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centinde uniform restul cremei de vanilie peste firimituri.<\/li>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 glazura de ciocolat\u0103 peste crema de vanilie.<\/li>\n<li>D\u0103 pr\u0103jitura la rece pentru 2-3 ore, apoi por\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u0219i serve\u0219te.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Poft\u0103 bun\u0103!<\/strong> Savureaz\u0103 acest desert delicios \u0219i \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219e\u0219te-l cu cei dragi!
