Taie-l \u00een cuburi mici.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cernerea ingredientelor:<\/strong> Cerne f\u0103ina \u0219i zah\u0103rul pudr\u0103 pentru a evita formarea de cocoloa\u0219e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amestecarea ingredientelor uscate:<\/strong> \u00centr-un bol mare, amestec\u0103 f\u0103ina cernut\u0103 cu un praf de sare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incorporarea untului:<\/strong> Adaug\u0103 cuburile de unt rece \u0219i, cu v\u00e2rfurile degetelor, amestec\u0103 untul cu f\u0103ina p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii o textur\u0103 nisipoas\u0103, asem\u0103n\u0103toare firimiturilor de p\u00e2ine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ad\u0103ugarea zah\u0103rului:<\/strong> Incorporeaz\u0103 zah\u0103rul pudr\u0103 cernut \u00een amestecul de f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i unt. Continu\u0103 s\u0103 amesteci p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ingredientele sunt bine combinate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ad\u0103ugarea oului:<\/strong> \u00centr-un bol mic, bate u\u0219or oul \u0219i adaug\u0103-l \u00een amestec.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie:<\/strong> Dac\u0103 folose\u0219ti esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie, adaug-o \u00een acest pas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formarea aluatului:<\/strong> Amestec\u0103 totul p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se formeaz\u0103 un aluat omogen.
