Lipiile pe baz\u0103 de chefir sunt numai bune servite cu ceai sau pot \u00eenlocui p\u00e2inea. \u00cencerca\u021bi neap\u0103rat!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Ingrediente:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg f\u0103in\u0103<\/li>\n<li>400 ml chefir, lapte b\u0103tut sau iaurt<\/li>\n<li>400 ml ap\u0103<\/li>\n<li>40 g drojdie proasp\u0103t\u0103<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 sare<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>Ulei<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Mod de preparare:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Activarea drojdiei:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Amesteca\u021bi drojdia cu 1 linguri\u021b\u0103 de zah\u0103r, 1 pahar de ap\u0103 cald\u0103 (38\u00b0C) \u0219i c\u00e2teva linguri de f\u0103in\u0103 (din cantitatea total\u0103).<\/li>\n<li>L\u0103sa\u021bi amestecul pentru 10 minute p\u00e2n\u0103 face spum\u0103 deasupra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepararea aluatului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi sare \u00een vasul cu maia, apoi turna\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103 1 pahar de ap\u0103 \u0219i chefirul la temperatura camerei. Amesteca\u021bi bine.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cencorpora\u021bi treptat f\u0103ina, cernut\u0103 direct \u00een vas, \u0219i \u00eencepe\u021bi s\u0103 fr\u0103m\u00e2nta\u021bi un aluat lipicios (manual sau cu ajutorul robotului de buc\u0103t\u0103rie).<\/li>\n<li>Unge\u021bi m\u00e2inile cu ulei \u0219i continua\u021bi s\u0103 fr\u0103m\u00e2nta\u021bi, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 ad\u0103uga\u021bi f\u0103in\u0103 suplimentar\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dospirea aluatului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Unge\u021bi aluatul \u0219i vasul cu ulei, acoperi\u021bi cu un prosop \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi aluatul la loc cald pentru 40-60 de minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dubleaz\u0103 volumul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formarea lipiilor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Folosi\u021bi ulei pentru a lucra cu aluatul lipicios.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi aluatul \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi de aproximativ 210 g fiecare \u0219i rotunji\u021bi-le.<\/li>\n<li>Pudra\u021bi fiecare bil\u0103 de aluat cu pu\u021bin\u0103 f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentinde\u021bi-o cu sucitorul p\u00e2n\u0103 la diametrul tig\u0103ii \u0219i grosimea de mai pu\u021bin de 1 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coacerea lipiilor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cenfierb\u00e2nta\u021bi foarte bine tigaia \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi lipia.<\/li>\n<li>A\u0219tepta\u021bi aproximativ 1 minut \u0219i \u00eentoarce\u021bi pe cealalt\u0103 parte. Pr\u0103ji\u021bi lipiile pe tigaia uscat\u0103, la foc mare, \u00eentorc\u00e2ndu-le periodic.<\/li>\n<li>Scoate\u021bi lipiile fierbin\u021bi pe gril\u0103 \u0219i le pute\u021bi unge cu unt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Observa\u021bii:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Durata de pr\u0103jire:<\/strong> Fiecare lipie se pr\u0103je\u0219te \u00een aproximativ 5-7 minute, \u00een func\u021bie de grosimea tig\u0103ii \u0219i intensitatea focului.<\/li>\n<li><strong>P\u0103strare:<\/strong> Dac\u0103 nu le unge\u021bi cu unt, lipiile reci se p\u0103streaz\u0103 ca p\u00e2inea, pentru a nu se usca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Re\u021beta este absolut minunat\u0103 \u0219i ve\u021bi fi \u00eenc\u00e2nta\u021bi de rezultat.
