Apoi, se \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 treptat zah\u0103rul \u00een timpul mix\u0103rii. Se continu\u0103 mixarea p\u00e2n\u0103 se ob\u021bine o spum\u0103 tare \u0219i alb\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incorporarea nucilor:<\/strong>\u00a0Peste compozi\u021bia de albu\u0219uri se adaug\u0103 amestecul de nuc\u0103 \u0219i se \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 u\u0219or cu o spatul\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103tirea t\u0103vii:<\/strong>\u00a0Se tapeteaz\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt o tav\u0103 cu dimensiunea de 21\u00d736 cm \u0219i se toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia \u00een tav\u0103, \u00eentinz\u00e2nd-o uniform cu spatula.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coacerea blatului:<\/strong>\u00a0Se pre\u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te cuptorul la 180 de grade \u0219i se coace blatul pentru aproximativ 30 de minute. Dup\u0103 ce blatul este copt, se las\u0103 la r\u0103cit \u00een tav\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Prepararea cremei<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Amestecarea g\u0103lbenu\u0219urilor:<\/strong>\u00a0Peste g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri se adaug\u0103 zah\u0103rul \u0219i se mixeaz\u0103 la vitez\u0103 medie p\u00e2n\u0103 se spumeaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ad\u0103ugarea laptelui:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00cen compozi\u021bie se adaug\u0103 2 linguri de lapte \u021binut la temperatura camerei, apoi se mai mixeaz\u0103 pu\u021bin p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepararea la bain marie:<\/strong>\u00a0Compozi\u021bia se transfer\u0103 \u00eentr-un bol metalic \u0219i se pune la fiert la bain marie. Se amestec\u0103 continuu cu un tel p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103, apoi se pune vasul pe un toc\u0103tor de lemn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ad\u0103ugarea ciocolatei:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00cen compozi\u021bia fierbinte se adaug\u0103 ciocolata alb\u0103 rupt\u0103 m\u0103runt sau fulgii de ciocolat\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de ce folose\u0219te fiecare. Tot acum se adaug\u0103 \u0219i esen\u021ba de vanilie.
