Se preg\u0103te\u0219te u\u0219or \u0219i are un gust nemaipomenit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Ingrediente:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Pentru chiftele:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g carne tocat\u0103 (porc \u0219i vit\u0103)<\/li>\n<li>4 felii de p\u00e2ine pr\u0103jit\u0103<\/li>\n<li>100 ml lapte<\/li>\n<li>2 ou\u0103<\/li>\n<li>50 g f\u0103in\u0103<\/li>\n<li>50 g pesmet<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u0103\u021bel de usturoi<\/li>\n<li>2 crengu\u021be de p\u0103trunjel<\/li>\n<li>Sare \u0219i piper dup\u0103 gust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pentru sos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cepe mai mici<\/li>\n<li>1 cutie de bere<\/li>\n<li>Ulei<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mod de preparare:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103tirea chiftelelor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pune\u021bi p\u00e2inea f\u0103r\u00e2mi\u021bat\u0103 \u00eentr-un castron, turna\u021bi laptele peste \u0219i amesteca\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-un alt castron, pune\u021bi carnea tocat\u0103, ad\u0103uga\u021bi ou\u0103le, sarea, piperul \u0219i p\u0103trunjelul tocat.<\/li>\n<li>Scoate\u021bi excesul de lapte din p\u00e2ine \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi p\u00e2inea la amestecul de carne.
