A\u0219a \u0219i este. O pr\u0103jitur\u0103 banal\u0103, care ar fi gata \u00een 15 minute dac\u0103 nu ar trebui s\u0103 a\u0219tept\u0103m s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 crema de vanilie. Unde mai pui c\u0103 aspectul e de nota 10.<\/p>\n<p>Deci nu numai c\u0103 e rapid\u0103, e f\u0103r\u0103 coacere, dar mai arat\u0103 \u0219i bine.<\/p>\n<p>Recomand cu toat\u0103 inima s\u0103 folosi\u021bi \u0219i\u00a0 biscui\u021bi cu cacao pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cei clasici, albi. Eu am folosit ni\u0219te biscui\u021bi de cacao cu cocos (Maronetti se numesc ai mei, lua\u021bi din Carrefour, parc\u0103).<\/p>\n<p>Gustul pr\u0103jiturii e mult mai pronun\u021bat datorit\u0103 acestora.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea pentru zilele \u00een care pur \u0219i simplu timpul pare c\u0103 alearg\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 nu vrem s\u0103 neglij\u0103m pofta de dulce recomand\u00a0pr\u0103jitur\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 coacere cu nutella\u00a0sau\u00a0pr\u0103jitur\u0103 rapid\u0103 cu mascarpone \u0219i nutella.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingrediente<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6\u00a0g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0linguri zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>3\u00a0linguri amidon<\/li>\n<li>500\u00a0ml\u00a0lapte<\/li>\n<li>vanilie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>100\u00a0grame unt<\/li>\n<li>biscui\u021bi vanila\u021bi ~20 buc\u0103\u021bi<\/li>\n<li>biscui\u021bi cu cacao ~10 buc\u0103\u021bi<\/li>\n<li>pu\u021bin lapte pentru \u00eenmuiat ~ 200 ml<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">pentru glazur\u0103<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>o tablet\u0103 ciocolat\u0103 am\u0103ruie<\/li>\n<li>10\u00a0gr unt<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0linguri de lapte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparare<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Frec\u0103m g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile cu zah\u0103rul p\u00e2n\u0103 ce se albe\u0219te compozi\u021bia \u0219i devine mai m\u0103t\u0103soas\u0103, mai cremoas\u0103. Ad\u0103ug\u0103m cele 3 linguri de amidon, apoi laptele (nu tot odat\u0103, ci \u00een fir sub\u021bire, amestec\u00e2nd s\u0103 nu se formeze cocoloa\u0219e) \u0219i omogeniz\u0103m bine de tot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Transfer\u0103m \u00eentr-o cr\u0103ticioar\u0103 cu fund mai gros \u0219i d\u0103m pe foc mic. Desigur c\u0103 putem face aceast\u0103 compozi\u021bie direct \u00een cr\u0103ticioar\u0103, ca s\u0103 nu mai murd\u0103rim altceva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>E important s\u0103 nu plec\u0103m de l\u00e2ng\u0103 foc, pentru c\u0103 din momentul \u00een care se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103 c\u00e2t de pu\u021bin trebuie s\u0103 amestec\u0103m constant, s\u0103 evit\u0103m lipirea. C\u00e2nd \u00eencepe s\u0103 stea legat\u0103, s\u0103 nu mai cad\u0103 de pe lingur\u0103 stingem focul, ad\u0103ug\u0103m o vanilie \u0219i untul t\u0103iat cubule\u021be \u0219i omogeniz\u0103m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Transfer\u0103m apoi \u00eentr-un bol curat, acoperim cu o folie pe care o pres\u0103m pe suprafa\u021ba cremei \u0219i l\u0103s\u0103m s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 bine. Dac\u0103 nu punem folie, crema va face pojghi\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-o tav\u0103 \u00een care punem folie (ca s\u0103 putem scoate pr\u0103jitura) \u00eencepem s\u0103 a\u0219ez\u0103m biscui\u021bii dup\u0103 ce-i trecem rapid prin lapte (eu l-am folosit rece, nu l-am \u00eenc\u0103lzit). Punem un strat vanilat, un strat de crem\u0103, stratul maro, crem\u0103 \u0219i iar biscui\u021bi vanila\u021bi. Biscui\u021bii \u00eei trecem rapid prin lapte, nu-i nevoie s\u0103 insist\u0103m, se vor \u00eenmuia oricum de la crem\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>D\u0103m la frigider c\u00e2teva ore sau peste noapte. A doua zi (ori c\u00e2teva ore mai t\u00e2rziu) scoatem pr\u0103jitura cu grij\u0103. O r\u0103sturn\u0103m cu aten\u021bie, ajut\u00e2ndu-ne de folie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepar\u0103m glazura. Topim ciocolata cu laptele \u0219i untul pe baie de abur amestec\u00e2nd continuu \u0219i av\u00e2nd grij\u0103 s\u0103 nu se ard\u0103.
