Acoper\u0103 amestecul cu un prosop \u0219i las\u0103-l s\u0103 creasc\u0103 timp de 5-10 minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103tirea aluatului:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00centr-un bol ad\u00e2nc, cerne f\u0103ina \u0219i adaug\u0103 laptele cu drojdia activat\u0103. Adaug\u0103 acest amestec peste f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103 aluatul p\u00e2n\u0103 devine elastic. Las\u0103-l s\u0103 se odihneasc\u0103 timp de 15 minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formarea cornule\u021belor:<\/strong><br \/>\nPresar\u0103 f\u0103in\u0103 pe blatul de lucru \u0219i \u00eentinde aluatul \u00eentr-un cerc cu grosimea de aproximativ 0,5 cm. Taie aluatul \u00een triunghiuri.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Umplerea \u0219i rularea:<\/strong><br \/>\nPune gem pe fiecare triunghi \u0219i ruleaz\u0103-le pentru a forma cornule\u021bele.
