{"id":701,"date":"2024-08-05T06:24:31","date_gmt":"2024-08-05T06:24:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=701"},"modified":"2024-08-05T06:24:31","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T06:24:31","slug":"savarina-desertul-preferat-al-romanilor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=701","title":{"rendered":"Savarina \u2013 Desertul Preferat al Rom\u00e2nilor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Savarina \u2013 Desertul Preferat al Rom\u00e2nilor<\/h3>\n<p>Savarinele, deserturile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti care ne-au marcat copil\u0103ria, pot fi preparate acas\u0103 \u0219i sunt mult mai proaspete dec\u00e2t cele din cofet\u0103rii!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingrediente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pentru aluat:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g f\u0103in\u0103<\/li>\n<li>2 ou\u0103<\/li>\n<li>30 ml ulei<\/li>\n<li>150 ml lapte cald<\/li>\n<li>1 lingur\u0103 zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>1 praf de sare<\/li>\n<li>1 plicule\u021b de drojdie uscat\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pentru sirop:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>400 ml ap\u0103<\/li>\n<li>150 g zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>1 fiol\u0103 esen\u021b\u0103 de rom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pentru asezonare:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>500 ml fri\u0219c\u0103<\/li>\n<li>1 borcan de gem de c\u0103p\u0219uni<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mod de preparare:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103tirea aluatului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-un castron, amesteca\u021bi bine ou\u0103le cu zah\u0103rul, uleiul \u0219i praful de sare.<\/li>\n<li>Separat, dizolva\u021bi drojdia \u00een laptele c\u0103ldu\u021b.<\/li>\n<li>Combina\u021bi cele dou\u0103 amestecuri \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi treptat f\u0103ina.<\/li>\n<li>L\u0103sa\u021bi aluatul s\u0103 dospeasc\u0103 \u00eentr-un loc cald p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dubleaz\u0103 volumul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formarea \u0219i dospirea savarinelor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Cu ajutorul unei linguri, pune\u021bi aluatul \u00een formele de savarin\u0103, umpl\u00e2ndu-le doar 3\/4 din volum.<\/li>\n<li>L\u0103sa\u021bi-le s\u0103 mai dospeasc\u0103 timp de 15-20 de minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coacerea:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Coace\u021bi-le la foc moderat timp de 30-35 de minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd cap\u0103t\u0103 o culoare maronie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepararea siropului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centre timp, fierbe\u021bi apa cu zah\u0103rul timp de 2-3 minute.<\/li>\n<li>L\u0103sa\u021bi s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi esen\u021ba de rom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103tirea fri\u0219c\u0103i:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Bate\u021bi fri\u0219ca tare cu mixerul timp de 2-3 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finalizarea savarinelor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Dup\u0103 ce aluatul s-a copt, scoate\u021bi-l din forme \u0219i t\u0103ia\u021bi un c\u0103p\u0103cel (dar nu complet).<\/li>\n<li>Scufunda\u021bi fiecare savarin\u0103 \u00een sirop \u0219i a\u0219eza\u021bi-le pe o tav\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Umple\u021bi savarinele cu fri\u0219c\u0103 folosind un po\u0219 \u0219i decora\u021bi-le cu gem de c\u0103p\u0219uni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Poft\u0103 bun\u0103!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eDac\u0103 \u0219i tu iube\u0219ti m\u00e2ncarea, distribuie aceast\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Savarina \u2013 Desertul Preferat al Rom\u00e2nilor Savarinele, deserturile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti care ne-au marcat copil\u0103ria, pot fi preparate acas\u0103 \u0219i sunt mult mai proaspete dec\u00e2t cele din cofet\u0103rii!
