{"id":734,"date":"2024-08-05T08:57:03","date_gmt":"2024-08-05T08:57:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=734"},"modified":"2024-08-05T08:57:03","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T08:57:03","slug":"cea-mai-buna-ciocolata-preparata-acasa-aromata-si-simplu-de-facut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=734","title":{"rendered":"Cea mai bun\u0103 ciocolat\u0103 preparat\u0103 acas\u0103, aromat\u0103 \u0219i simplu de f\u0103cut"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ciocolat\u0103 de Cas\u0103<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Un desert preferat de mul\u021bi, u\u0219or de realizat \u0219i ideal pentru a impresiona pe cei dragi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Ingrediente necesare:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr zah\u0103r (cantitatea poate fi redus\u0103 dac\u0103 prefera\u021bi mai pu\u021bin dulce)<\/li>\n<li>500 gr lapte praf (alege\u021bi un lapte praf de calitate)<\/li>\n<li>4-5 linguri cacao<\/li>\n<li>150 ml ap\u0103<\/li>\n<li>1 fiol\u0103 esen\u021b\u0103 de rom sau vanilie<\/li>\n<li>125 gr unt la temperatura camerei<\/li>\n<li>100 gr nuc\u0103 m\u0103run\u021bit\u0103 (poate fi \u00eenlocuit\u0103 cu alune sau migdale)<\/li>\n<li>Op\u021bional: 2 foi de napolitan\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mod de preparare:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103tirea nucilor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u0103je\u0219te nuca m\u0103run\u021bit\u0103 \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103 timp de c\u00e2teva minute pentru a-i intensifica aroma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amestecul de lapte praf \u0219i cacao:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol, amestec\u0103 laptele praf cu cacaoa p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103 bine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepararea siropului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103 din inox, adaug\u0103 zah\u0103rul \u0219i apa.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219te la foc mic, amestec\u00e2nd constant p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd zah\u0103rul se dizolv\u0103 complet.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd siropul \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, a\u0219teapt\u0103 3 minute, apoi adaug\u0103 esen\u021ba, untul \u0219i nuca pr\u0103jit\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Amestec\u0103 bine p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd untul \u0219i nuca se \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 \u00een sirop \u0219i mai fierbe timp de 2 minute. \u00cen total, siropul trebuie fiert timp de 5 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amestecarea ingredientelor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Ia crati\u021ba de pe foc \u0219i toarn\u0103 imediat amestecul de lapte praf \u0219i cacao \u00een sirop.<\/li>\n<li>Amestec\u0103 rapid pentru a evita r\u0103cirea ciocolatei.<\/li>\n<li>Folosind o lingur\u0103 metalic\u0103, toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia peste foaia de napolitan\u0103 (dac\u0103 folose\u0219ti napolitan\u0103) sau direct pe o tav\u0103 tapetat\u0103 cu folie alimentar\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nivelarea \u0219i r\u0103cirea:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Niveleaz\u0103 bine ciocolata \u0219i, dac\u0103 dore\u0219ti, adaug\u0103 a doua foaie de napolitan\u0103 deasupra.<\/li>\n<li>Las\u0103 ciocolata s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 pentru c\u00e2teva ore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Servirea:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Dup\u0103 ce ciocolata s-a r\u0103cit complet, taie-o \u00een diferite forme \u0219i serve\u0219te.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Poft\u0103 bun\u0103!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ciocolat\u0103 de Cas\u0103 Un desert preferat de mul\u021bi, u\u0219or de realizat \u0219i ideal pentru a impresiona pe cei dragi.
