pandi\u0219pan:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ou\u0103<\/li>\n<li>4 linguri f\u0103in\u0103<\/li>\n<li>4 linguri zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>2 linguri cacao<\/li>\n<li>1 praf de copt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pentru prima crem\u0103:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500 ml lapte<\/li>\n<li>9 linguri f\u0103in\u0103<\/li>\n<li>9 linguri zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>1 plic zah\u0103r vanilat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pentru a doua crem\u0103:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pachet margarin\u0103<\/li>\n<li>200 g zah\u0103r fin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pentru sirop:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pentru decor:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ciocolat\u0103 topit\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mod de preparare:<\/h3>\n<h4>Pandi\u0219pan:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103tirea aluatului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre\u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Bate albu\u0219urile spum\u0103, apoi adaug\u0103 treptat zah\u0103rul, continu\u00e2nd s\u0103 mixezi p\u00e2n\u0103 se dizolv\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cencorporeaz\u0103 g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile, f\u0103ina, praful de copt \u0219i cacaoa, amestec\u00e2nd u\u0219or.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coacerea:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Unge o tav\u0103 de copt cu unt.<\/li>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia \u00een tav\u0103 \u0219i coace timp de aproximativ 30 de minute.<\/li>\n<li>Las\u0103 pandi\u0219panul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Prima crem\u0103:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepararea cremei:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Fierbe laptele.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol separat, amestec\u0103 f\u0103ina cu c\u00e2teva linguri de lapte, zah\u0103rul vanilat \u0219i zah\u0103rul simplu.<\/li>\n<li>Omogenizeaz\u0103 bine, apoi adaug\u0103 restul de lapte \u0219i amestec\u0103 din nou.<\/li>\n<li>Pune compozi\u021bia pe foc \u0219i amestec\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd crema cap\u0103t\u0103 o consisten\u021b\u0103 mai groas\u0103 dec\u00e2t budinca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>A doua crem\u0103:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepararea cremei:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Mixeaz\u0103 margarina cu zah\u0103rul fin p\u00e2n\u0103 devine o crem\u0103 pufoas\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Combinarea cremelor:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Amestec\u0103 prima crem\u0103 cu a doua, p\u00e2n\u0103 la omogenizare complet\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Sirop:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepararea siropului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pune zah\u0103rul \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103 \u0219i adaug\u0103 ap\u0103 doar c\u00e2t s\u0103-l acopere.<\/li>\n<li>Pune crati\u021ba pe foc potrivit \u0219i amestec\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd zah\u0103rul se dizolv\u0103 complet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Asamblare:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00censiropeaz\u0103 pandi\u0219panul:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 siropul fierbinte peste pandi\u0219panul r\u0103cit, asigur\u00e2ndu-te c\u0103 este bine \u00eembibat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aplicarea cremei:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centinde crema peste pandi\u0219panul \u00eensiropat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Decorare:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Acoper\u0103 pr\u0103jitura cu ciocolat\u0103 topit\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u0103cire:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pune pr\u0103jitura \u00een frigider \u0219i las-o s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 bine \u00eenainte de
