{"id":762,"date":"2024-08-05T09:11:59","date_gmt":"2024-08-05T09:11:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=762"},"modified":"2024-08-05T09:12:18","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T09:12:18","slug":"prajitura-elena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=762","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u0103jitura Elena"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Re\u021bet\u0103 de Pr\u0103jitur\u0103 Festiv\u0103<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Aceasta este una dintre re\u021betele mele preferate, perfect\u0103 pentru S\u0103rb\u0103tori.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Ingrediente pentru blat:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ou\u0103<\/li>\n<li>150 g zah\u0103r pudr\u0103<\/li>\n<li>150 g margarin\u0103 Rama<\/li>\n<li>2 linguri de cacao<\/li>\n<li>150 g f\u0103in\u0103<\/li>\n<li>1 plic praf de copt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mod de preparare:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepararea blatului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Spumeaz\u0103 bine g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile cu zah\u0103rul pudr\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Adaug\u0103 margarina moale (nu topit\u0103) \u0219i cacao, amestec\u00e2nd bine.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cencorporeaz\u0103 f\u0103ina \u0219i praful de copt, amestec\u00e2nd cu o lingur\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Bate albu\u0219urile spum\u0103 tare \u0219i \u00eencorporeaz\u0103-le \u00een compozi\u021bie, amestec\u00e2nd u\u0219or cu lingura.<\/li>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 de 30&#215;22 cm, tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt.<\/li>\n<li>Coace \u00een cuptorul pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit p\u00e2n\u0103 trece testul scobitorii.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centoarce blatul copt cu partea de jos \u00een sus \u0219i \u00eensiropeaz\u0103-l cu siropul preparat din caramelizarea a 3-4 linguri de zah\u0103r \u0219i ad\u0103ugarea a 150 ml ap\u0103. Las\u0103 siropul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 \u00eenainte de a-l folosi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Ingrediente pentru prima crem\u0103:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g nuc\u0103 m\u0103cinat\u0103<\/li>\n<li>150 g zah\u0103r pudr\u0103<\/li>\n<li>100 ml rom (sau esen\u021b\u0103 de rom)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Prepararea primei creme:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Amestec\u0103 toate ingredientele \u0219i \u00eentinde compozi\u021bia peste blatul \u00eensiropat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ingrediente pentru a doua crem\u0103:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ou\u0103<\/li>\n<li>200 g zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>2 linguri de cacao<\/li>\n<li>250 g margarin\u0103 Rama<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Prepararea a doua creme:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bate ou\u0103le \u00eentregi cu zah\u0103rul \u0219i cacaoa pe baie de abur p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Las\u0103 crema s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 suficient.<\/li>\n<li>Spumeaz\u0103 bine margarina (l\u0103sat\u0103 la temperatura camerei) \u0219i amestec-o cu crema r\u0103cit\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centinde a doua crem\u0103 peste stratul de nuc\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preg\u0103tirea glazurii:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g ciocolat\u0103<\/li>\n<li>120 ml fri\u0219c\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mod de preparare:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tope\u0219te ciocolata \u00eempreun\u0103 cu fri\u0219ca la bain-marie \u0219i \u00eentinde glazura peste pr\u0103jitur\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Finalizare:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Las\u0103 pr\u0103jitura la frigider pentru c\u00e2teva ore sau p\u00e2n\u0103 a doua zi \u00eenainte de a o t\u0103ia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Poft\u0103 bun\u0103!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Re\u021beta apar\u021bine dnei.
