Secretul const\u0103 \u00een combina\u021bia de lapte cald \u0219i o\u021bet de mere, care ajut\u0103 aluatul s\u0103 creasc\u0103 perfect, indiferent de condi\u021biile externe. Urmeaz\u0103 aceast\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103 simpl\u0103 \u0219i vei ob\u021bine un aluat moale \u0219i aerat, de care te vei \u00eendr\u0103gosti.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ingrediente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700 grame f\u0103in\u0103 de gr\u00e2u<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 sare<\/li>\n<li>400 ml lapte c\u0103ldu\u021b<\/li>\n<li>4 linguri zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>8 grame drojdie uscat\u0103<\/li>\n<li>2 ou\u0103<\/li>\n<li>80 ml ulei de floarea-soarelui<\/li>\n<li>10 grame praf de copt<\/li>\n<li>10 ml o\u021bet de mere<\/li>\n<li>50 grame unt<\/li>\n<li>1 g\u0103lbenu\u0219 de ou (pentru uns)<\/li>\n<li>Semin\u021be de susan (pentru decor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Instruc\u021biuni:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Preg\u0103tirea Aluatului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol ad\u00e2nc, pune f\u0103ina. Adaug\u0103 sarea, zah\u0103rul \u0219i drojdia uscat\u0103, amestec\u00e2nd bine ingredientele uscate.<\/li>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 laptele c\u0103ldu\u021b peste amestecul de f\u0103in\u0103. Bate ou\u0103le \u0219i adaug\u0103-le \u00een bol, amestec\u00e2nd bine p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103 compozi\u021bia.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporeaz\u0103 uleiul vegetal, adaug\u0103 praful de copt \u0219i o\u021betul de mere. Amestec\u0103 din nou.<\/li>\n<li>Adaug\u0103 untul \u0219i \u00eencepe s\u0103 fr\u0103m\u00e2n\u021bi aluatul. Vei observa cum aluatul devine mai aerat chiar de la aceast\u0103 etap\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Fr\u0103m\u00e2ntarea \u0219i Dospirea:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transfer\u0103 aluatul pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de lucru \u0219i fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103-l bine, p\u00e2n\u0103 devine elastic \u0219i omogen.<\/li>\n<li>Pune aluatul din nou \u00eentr-un bol ad\u00e2nc, acoper\u0103-l cu folie alimentar\u0103 \u0219i las\u0103-l s\u0103 dospeasc\u0103 timp de 40 de minute \u00eentr-un loc cald.<\/li>\n<li>Dup\u0103 ce a dospit, fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103 aluatul din nou pe suprafa\u021ba de lucru. Vei observa c\u00e2t de pufos \u0219i moale a devenit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Modelarea \u0219i Coacerea:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cemparte aluatul \u00een p\u0103r\u021bi egale, model\u00e2nd chifle sau alte forme dorite.
