Prepararea c\u0103rnii:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Toca\u021bi mu\u0219chiul de vit\u0103 foarte fin.<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi sare, zah\u0103r, piper negru m\u0103cinat, boia de ardei \u0219i cimbru \u00een carne.<\/li>\n<li>Amesteca\u021bi bine toate ingredientele p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Preg\u0103tirea ma\u021belor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cenmuia\u021bi ma\u021bele \u00een o\u021bet timp de c\u00e2teva minute \u0219i cur\u0103\u021ba\u021bi-le bine.<\/li>\n<li>Umple\u021bi ma\u021bele cu amestecul de carne, asigur\u00e2ndu-v\u0103 c\u0103 nu r\u0103m\u00e2ne aer \u00een interior. Lega\u021bi str\u00e2ns capetele ma\u021belor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Uscarea salamului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At\u00e2rna\u021bi salamul \u00eentr-un loc r\u0103coros \u0219i bine ventilat, cum ar fi la balcon, sau pune\u021bi-l \u00een frigider.<\/li>\n<li>Dup\u0103 3 zile, trece\u021bi un f\u0103c\u0103le\u021b peste salam pentru a-i da o form\u0103 mai plat\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Repeta\u021bi acest proces zilnic, timp de 10 zile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.
