{"id":821,"date":"2024-08-11T08:26:01","date_gmt":"2024-08-11T08:26:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=821"},"modified":"2024-08-11T08:26:01","modified_gmt":"2024-08-11T08:26:01","slug":"tort-gris-cu-lapte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/secretelebunicii.ro\/?p=821","title":{"rendered":"Tort gri\u0219 cu lapte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Acest tort este extrem de u\u0219or de preparat, ieftin \u0219i foarte delicios!<\/p>\n<p>Gri\u0219ul cu lapte este unul dintre cele mai gustoase \u0219i simple deserturi, perfect pentru momentele \u00een care cei dragi poftesc la ceva dulce, dar tu nu ai chef de copt. \u00cencearc\u0103 acest tort minunat \u0219i vei impresiona pe toat\u0103 lumea!<\/p>\n<h4>Ingrediente:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>150 g biscui\u021bi rotunzi<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 l lapte<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>10 linguri gri\u0219<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 g zah\u0103r<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 g unt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 lingur\u0103 cacao<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 borcan de compot de piersici<\/strong> (900 g)<\/li>\n<li><strong>20 g gelatin\u0103<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kiwi<\/strong> (sau alte fructe pentru decor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mod de preparare:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepararea gri\u0219ului cu lapte:<\/strong> Pune\u021bi laptele pe foc, iar c\u00e2nd se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te u\u0219or, ad\u0103uga\u021bi gri\u0219ul \u0219i zah\u0103rul. Fierbe\u021bi amestec\u00e2nd continuu p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd compozi\u021bia se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromatizarea gri\u0219ului:<\/strong> Dup\u0103 ce gri\u0219ul cu lapte este gata, ad\u0103uga\u021bi esen\u021ba de vanilie \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi-l s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amestecarea gri\u0219ului cu unt:<\/strong> Freca\u021bi untul cu mixerul p\u00e2n\u0103 devine cremos, apoi \u00eencorpora\u021bi gri\u0219ul rece, continu\u00e2nd s\u0103 mixa\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bine\u021bi o crem\u0103 omogen\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00cemp\u0103r\u021birea compozi\u021biei:<\/strong> \u00cemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi compozi\u021bia \u00een dou\u0103. Amesteca\u021bi jum\u0103tate din gri\u0219ul cu lapte cu cacao, folosind mixerul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asamblarea tortului:<\/strong> Aranja\u021bi biscui\u021bii, str\u00e2n\u0219i unul l\u00e2ng\u0103 altul, \u00eentr-o form\u0103 de tort cu diametrul de 23 cm, cu pere\u021bi deta\u0219abili. Peste biscui\u021bi, \u00eentinde\u021bi mai \u00eent\u00e2i crema de gri\u0219 cu cacao, apoi ad\u0103uga\u021bi crema alb\u0103 pe deasupra.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103tirea piureului de piersici:<\/strong> Scoate\u021bi c\u00e2teva linguri de sirop din compotul de piersici \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi-le u\u0219or. Dizolva\u021bi gelatina \u00een acest sirop cald.
