Preg\u0103tirea Aluatului:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-un castron ad\u00e2nc, sparge\u021bi ou\u0103le \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi zah\u0103rul.<\/li>\n<li>Bate\u021bi-le cu un mixer p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd zah\u0103rul se tope\u0219te complet, iar amestecul devine <strong>cremos \u0219i spumos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi laptele \u0219i amesteca\u021bi bine.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce\u021bi viteza mixerului \u0219i \u00eencepe\u021bi s\u0103 ad\u0103uga\u021bi treptat f\u0103ina amestecat\u0103 cu praful de copt.<\/li>\n<li>Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce aluatul devine mai dens, schimba\u021bi mixerul cu o lingur\u0103 sau o spatul\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Spre final, ad\u0103uga\u021bi iaurtul sau sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na acr\u0103. Formarea Covrigilor:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centinde\u021bi aluatul pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 pres\u0103rat\u0103 cu f\u0103in\u0103, \u00eentr-o foaie de 1-1,5 cm grosime.<\/li>\n<li>T\u0103ia\u021bi covrigii folosind un pahar sau o form\u0103 special\u0103.
