Cur\u0103\u021barea Fructelor:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Spal\u0103 bine portocalele \u0219i l\u0103m\u00e2ile folosind un amestec de bicarbonat de sodiu \u0219i ap\u0103 pentru a \u00eendep\u0103rta orice impurit\u0103\u021bi de pe coaj\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Periaz\u0103 bine fructele \u0219i cl\u0103te\u0219te-le cu mult\u0103 ap\u0103 pentru a te asigura c\u0103 sunt complet curate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Preg\u0103tirea Cojilor:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cendep\u0103rteaz\u0103 partea colorat\u0103 de deasupra a cojii de la portocale \u0219i l\u0103m\u00e2i, elimin\u00e2nd c\u00e2t mai mult din partea alb\u0103 a cojii, care poate ad\u0103uga am\u0103r\u0103ciune b\u0103uturii.<\/li>\n<li>Cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 \u0219i partea alb\u0103 de pe l\u0103m\u00e2i pentru a ob\u021bine doar pulpa \u0219i coaja colorat\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Fierberea Fructelor:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Taie portocalele \u0219i l\u0103m\u00e2ile \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi \u0219i pune-le \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 mare cu 3 litri de ap\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Aduce amestecul la fierbere \u0219i las\u0103-l s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 timp de 15 minute, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t fructele s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i elibereze sucul \u0219i aroma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4. Procesarea Fructelor:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Dup\u0103 fierbere, m\u0103cina\u021bi fructele fierte \u00eentr-un blender p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii un piure fin.<\/li>\n<li>Filtreaz\u0103 piureul printr-o sit\u0103 fin\u0103 sau o p\u00e2nz\u0103 de tifon pentru a \u00eendep\u0103rta pulpa grosier\u0103 \u0219i a ob\u021bine un lichid clar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5. Prepararea Siropului:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-o alt\u0103 oal\u0103, aduce la fierbere 2 litri de ap\u0103 \u0219i adaug\u0103 200 g de zah\u0103r (sau \u00eendulcitorul ales).<\/li>\n<li>Fierbe amestecul p\u00e2n\u0103 se transform\u0103 \u00eentr-un <strong>sirop clar \u0219i omogen<\/strong>, apoi ia-l de pe foc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>6. Amestecarea Siropului cu Sucul de Fructe:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 siropul fierbinte \u00een amestecul de fructe \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine.<\/li>\n<li>Filtreaz\u0103 din nou amestecul pentru a ob\u021bine un lichid fin \u0219i uniform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7. \u00cembutelierea:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Toarn\u0103 b\u0103utura rezultat\u0103 \u00een sticle de sticl\u0103 curate \u0219i uscate, \u00een timp ce lichidul este \u00eenc\u0103 fierbinte.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cenchide bine capacele sticlelor pentru a preveni p\u0103trunderea aerului, ceea ce ar putea deteriora b\u0103utura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>8.
