Iat\u0103 ce \u00ee\u021bi trebuie:<\/p>\n<h3>Ingrediente necesare:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 kg de ardei ro\u0219ii, cur\u0103\u021ba\u021bi de semin\u021be \u0219i t\u0103ia\u021bi grosier<\/li>\n<li>1 kg de vinete, cur\u0103\u021bate \u0219i t\u0103iate \u00een rondele<\/li>\n<li>5 c\u0103\u021bei de usturoi<\/li>\n<li>1-2 ardei iu\u021bi (op\u021bional, \u00een func\u021bie de preferin\u021bele tale)<\/li>\n<li>Pu\u021bin\u0103 sare \u0219i pu\u021bin zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>500 ml de ulei<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pentru marinada de fiert:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 litri de ap\u0103 clocotit\u0103<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de ulei<\/li>\n<li>50 ml de o\u021bet<\/li>\n<li>3 linguri de sare<\/li>\n<li>5 cuburi de zah\u0103r (sau 5 linguri\u021be)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mod de preparare:<\/h3>\n<h4>1. Fierberea legumelor:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-o oal\u0103 mare, pune la fiert cei 3 litri de ap\u0103. Adaug\u0103 uleiul, o\u021betul, sarea \u0219i zah\u0103rul. Aduce marinada la punctul de fierbere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pune ardeii<\/strong> \u00een marinada clocotit\u0103, c\u00e2te un lot pe r\u00e2nd, \u0219i fierbe-i c\u00e2teva minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie. Scoate-i cu o spumier\u0103 \u0219i repet\u0103 procedura pentru vinete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. M\u0103run\u021birea:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Dup\u0103 ce toate legumele au fost fierte, <strong>m\u0103run\u021be\u0219te-le<\/strong> \u00eentr-un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie \u00eempreun\u0103 cu usturoiul \u0219i ardeiul iute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. G\u0103tirea aiv\u0103rului:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103 mare, \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te uleiul. Adaug\u0103 legumele m\u0103run\u021bite \u0219i adu totul la punctul de fierbere.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, <strong>redu focul<\/strong> \u0219i fierbe aiv\u0103rul la temperatur\u0103 mic\u0103, timp de aproximativ o or\u0103. Nu trebuie s\u0103 amesteci constant, doar din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4. Finalizarea:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>La final, <strong>adaug\u0103 sare<\/strong> dup\u0103 gust. Dac\u0103 vrei o textur\u0103 mai fin\u0103, po\u021bi pasa aiv\u0103rul cu un blender manual (dar nu este obligatoriu).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83c\udf89 <strong>Gata!<\/strong> Aiv\u0103rul t\u0103u delicios este preg\u0103tit.
