L\u0103sa\u021bi compozi\u021bia s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Montarea Burek-ului:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Unge\u021bi cu unt sau ulei o tav\u0103 de 25&#215;35 cm.<\/li>\n<li>A\u0219eza\u021bi dou\u0103 foi de pl\u0103cint\u0103 pe fundul tavii. Ungem fiecare foaie cu pu\u021bin unt topit \u0219i r\u0103cit.<\/li>\n<li>Distribui\u021bi uniform un sfert din cantitatea de carne peste foile de pl\u0103cint\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Straturile urm\u0103toare:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u0219eza\u021bi alte dou\u0103 foi de pl\u0103cint\u0103 peste carne \u0219i unge\u021bi-le cu unt sau ulei.<\/li>\n<li>Pune\u021bi un nou strat de carne deasupra.<\/li>\n<li>Lua\u021bi c\u00e2te dou\u0103 foi de pl\u0103cint\u0103, rula\u021bi-le \u0219i t\u0103ia\u021bi-le \u00een f\u00e2\u0219ii sau rondele. Distribui\u021bi aceste f\u00e2\u0219ii de aluat peste carne \u00een tav\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Continua\u021bi s\u0103 alterna\u021bi straturile de carne \u0219i foi de pl\u0103cint\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd termina\u021bi toate ingredientele.
