Prepararea aluatului:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol ad\u00e2nc, amestec\u0103 iaurtul cu oul, sarea \u0219i zah\u0103rul.<\/li>\n<li>Adaug\u0103 treptat f\u0103ina \u0219i praful de copt, amestec\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii un aluat moale \u0219i compact.<\/li>\n<li>Adaug\u0103 uleiul \u0219i fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103 aluatul p\u00e2n\u0103 devine neted \u0219i elastic.<\/li>\n<li>Acoper\u0103 aluatul \u0219i las\u0103-l s\u0103 se odihneasc\u0103 timp de 20 de minute.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>2.
